To submit a concurrent enrollment application, start by navigating to our application portal landing page. Once there, follow the below steps to begin your application.
Note: If you already have an account – whether from a previous concurrent enrollment program or another application – please review our login guide to avoid creating a duplicate profile, which can delay the review of your application.
If you are applying to a program that has its own application (BHGAP, BGA, BPIE, Immersive Program, or an Academic Diploma Program), please go here to learn more about the application process (link redirects to Berkeley Global help desk).
1. Once you have created a new account or logged back into your existing one, select Start New Application at the bottom of the landing page.
2. Select your term (e.g., 2025), then click the drop-down menu below the year to find the corresponding 2025 Spring/Fall Concurrent Enrollment Application. Click Create Application. The application will now be added to your profile.
3. After creating your concurrent enrollment application, a new prompt will appear to proceed to starting or completing the application. You should not need to change any selections. Click Open Application to continue. If you wish to create a different application, click Cancel to return to the previous screen and follow step #2 again.
4. You will be redirected to the application form. If you participated in Concurrent Enrollment, ensure that your name, date of birth, and email match the information you used before. Any discrepancies may delay the activation of your campus account.
5. Next, review your application for any errors on the Review page. If no errors are found, you’re then ready to submit the application and pay the application fee (if applicable). Alternatively, you can click Save for Later and return and complete the application at another time.
6. You will then receive an email with further instructions on accessing CalCentral. CalCentral will serve as your main hub for the class application system, billing information, and various tasks required of you.
