Enrollment policies and deadlines are strictly enforced. Please review important dates and deadlines on our website.
Please review your current enrollments under the “My Academics” page of your CalCentral account. If you need to drop a class, click “Edit Class Options or Drop a Class” under the concurrent enrollment card. Select “Drop Classes” and select the semester and the class to drop. If you have pending applications for classes you no longer wish to enroll in, please withdraw the applications. Select “Edit Class Applications” under the concurrent enrollment card, then click on the relevant application and select “Withdraw” at the bottom of the page.
You must drop the classes you do not wish to be enrolled in through CalCentral by the deadline, or you will remain enrolled and be financially responsible for the fees. No exceptions to the drop deadline will be granted.
Withdrawals from individual courses are permitted after the drop deadline, but requests should be submitted before the last day of instruction and before the final. Approved course withdrawals indicate a 'W' grade on the student's transcript. Students are not refunded for course withdrawals after the drop deadline.
If you wish to submit a course withdrawal request, please email concurrent@berkeley.edu and provide the course information you wish to withdraw.
