If you have paid fees and are eligible for a refund, you will receive your refund based on how you made payments. For more information on our cancellation policy, please review the Student Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy tab on our website.
Refund of credit card payments
If your fees have been paid with a credit card, you will receive a refund back to your credit card. Refunds from cancellations and withdrawals will be processed within 15 business days from the day of the cancellation/withdrawal.
Refund of other payment types
If your fees have been paid with a method other than a credit card, such as eCheck or International Funds Transfer, or any mode of payment through Flywire or Convera, you will receive an email notification within 15 business days that the refund is available.
- Refund via Direct Deposit: For students with a U.S. bank account, you may receive your refund directly to your bank account. Please set up Direct Deposit here.
- Refund via Paper Check: All other students will receive their refund via a paper check mailed to the address listed on your CalCentral student account. Checks with international addresses will be sent via FedEx. Please make sure that the address in your CalCentral account is correct. Incorrect address information will delay the mailing of the refund check and may cause it to become lost.
